Role : To provide leadership in employer branding, future resource planning, diversifying the labour force, and developing a robust candidate pipeline to fill open positions within the company globally.
The position will be responsible to manage a team of 8-10 people with direct reports being Heads of TA in North America, Singapore and India. The incumbent will develop, retain and grow the existing team.
Description :
- Extensive experience in talent acquisition and hiring
- Experience and understanding of Technology hiring in the US, Singapore and India
- Ability to develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies
- Exposure of hiring 400-600 people annually at different levels across the organization
- Proven capability to develop, manage, retain and grow teams
- Strong experience in managing multiple stakeholders relationships
- Experience of running Technical campus hiring programs
