The Global Head of Talent Strategy and Management role involves crafting visionary roadmap for Talent strategy & Management. This involves talent forecasting, fulfilment, learning & development and the effective utilization of human capital. Additionally, the role focuses on cultivating culture that values skills as currency, emphasizing skill liberalization principles, and building AI-first systems. The role will also be accountable for global mobility.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute talent strategy
- Forecast talent needs based on business demands and industry trends.
- Optimize resource allocation and utilization
- Lead Global Technical Talent Acquisition.
- Cultivate a culture that prioritizes skill development and embraces skill liberalization concepts.
- Spearhead the implementation of AI-first systems enabling uberization of Talent Management practices
- Lead Global mobility & Background Verification process and ensure compliance as per the requirements
- Establish and maintain relationships with technology partners, educational institutions, and gig workforce companies to support talent acquisition and development.
- Lead learning and development initiatives to enhance the skills and capabilities of the workforce.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent management to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure effective Communication, Governance & Reporting
