Head (Global) - SAP Manufacturing (PP & QM)

The incumbent should be an Engineering Graduate and SAP certified SAP PP Consultant with at least 15 to 20 years of experience in SAP Manufacturing in PP and QM module in a large manufacturing Company / IT Consulting Company.

The incumbent will be responsible for :

- Maintaining /configuration/enhancement SAP PP & QM module by working with production & FI departments in order to standardize the PP process across the geography.

- Understanding of business process in PP & QM module across the geographies group companies/subsidiaries

- Implementation & Systemic configuration of SAP Production Planning (PP) module.

- Driving the best practices out of the processes and aligning the PP & QM processes of various geographical entities/subsidiaries

- Testing of system behavior and performance as per the complete business flow.

- Preparation of Unit Testing and System Integration Testing Scripts

- Testing of System behavior and performance after the configuration

- Preparation of End user manual and training of users on the new system

- Generate Knowledge about the current business process, design current process flows and study current business process complications.

- Support phase post implementation which includes the monitoring of system and user performance and trouble shooting.

- Use of running PP/QM process/practices/programs to minimize the effort and timeline

- Eliminate the unwanted processes to improve the productivity of employees by bringing knowledge of implementation in other subsidiaries of Company.
