Role and Responsibilities:
- Lead sales and marketing of Automotive 2W OEMS pitch to SOP
- Lead Customer Interactions, Lead sales and business development reviews, Maintain the program with in assigned PD Budget, Change Management, Risk assessment both Technical & Financial.
- Monitor and Track Budget vs Actual on sales.
- Lead Business development strategy for Automotive 2W Business
- Understand the Customer's work requirement (SOR/SOW) and project deliverables (Project time estimation, quality and commit delivery dates).
- Leading Design Reviews with Cross-Functional Team Like Program Management, Quality & Manufacturing Team.
- Meeting the quality Procedure/Standards for CAD Design of Components (assembly & part Level).
- Lead team and manage the performance and capability development of team members.
- Assigning Tasks to Team Members & ensuring quality Products with regular reviews.
- Manage assigned DCRM / VA-VE Targets on Programs and guide team lead for the same.
- Lead Benchmarking of Lighting Products as per plan.
- Encourage team to participate in Paper Publication, Patent sumbission and recognise team.
- Develop team and lead talent acquisition for India sales and marketing Team
