Job Description:

KRAs would be a subset of the overall KRAs of the insurance competency.

In terms of numbers the prospect would be responsible for :

a. Meeting the targets of the P & C vertical of around USD 40 million in the year 2013-14. For the first 6 months would be 10 million from the US

b. Getting at least 3 logos in the year. For the first 6 months would be closing at least 1 logo

c. Responsible for at least 1 product alliances in the first 6 months.

d. Working with the leadership team in developing the overall strategy for insurance and providing critical inputs in the BFSI space.
