Role Overview:
Global Head - Procurement & Facilities:- As Global head for facilities and procurement you will hold a multifaceted responsibility for establishing and maintaining the physical infrastructure, procurement processes, and security measures necessary to support our operations

Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the facilities and procurement budget
- Setup and maintenance of Office Facilities
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers
- Develop and implement procurement policies, procedures, and guidelines to streamline the purchasing process and ensure compliance with organizational standards and budgetary constraints
- Identify sourcing opportunities and negotiate contracts with suppliers to obtain favourable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules for goods and services.
- Evaluate vendor performance to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness of products and services
- Lead programs to digitize facilities and procurement management process & Data management
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, laws, and industry standards related to facilities management, procurement, and supply chain practices
- Implement measures to enhance security, resilience, and business continuity in facilities and procurement operations
- Ensure transparency and accountability in reporting processes, maintaining open communication channels and fostering trust and confidence in facilities and procurement operations
Qualifications:- Proven experience 5-6 years in facilities management, procurement, or supply chain management roles, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Commitment to integrity, transparency, and ethical conduct in all operations, with a proven track record of high ethical standards and professional integrity.
- Strong knowledge of facilities management principles, procurement best practices, and supply chain processes.
- Excellent negotiation, contract management, and vendor relationship management skills.
- Proficient in budgeting, financial analysis, and cost management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
