Role details: A leadership position to lead, grow & expand the Pre-Sales and Solutions services in global regions. Manage entire lifecycle from Pre-Sales to Activation across service &amp; delivery lines. - Responsible for the direction and management of all Pre-Sales activities and will support the global regions. - Provide detailed and accurate sales/headcount forecasting - The incumbent will be responsible for a global team that designs global delivery solutions. - Proactively work with all Regions to increase offshoring&nbsp; - Define a strategic sales engagement plan for each region &nbsp; - Design and promote global standard Pre-Sales training&nbsp;&nbsp; - Put in place systems and processes to support the success of the sales engagement team&nbsp; - Define, document &amp; publish Account Governance Models&nbsp; - Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback - Support Global bids and tenders&nbsp; Experience, Qualification &amp; Skills needed: - MBA / University degree in Management,&nbsp;20+ years of overall experience with minimum 10+ senior management experience including winning new businesses/handling large volumes in a global role - Experience of managing virtual teams and working in matrix organizations - Experience of managing relationship with customers - Service Delivery Expertise&nbsp; - Contract Adherence &amp; Preparing Bids &amp; Tenders &nbsp; Candidates with global experience in Pre-Sales /Sales Enablement&nbsp;&amp; only from top IT Services firm will be considered.
