Global Head - Payment Operations - Asset Services/Custody & Treasury Services

Our client is a leading global specialist provider of Asset Services, Custody, Payments and Treasury services for institutional investors worldwide.

Actively seeking an experienced individual to be part of their Global Payments team primarily who understands the Payments Life Cycle, Payment Infrastructure, SWIFT and Payment Systems.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- Provides strategic leadership and management oversight for the teams that handle Payment Operations functions for all Global locations.

- Support Payment Operations change initiatives that are unique to the global payments uplift - payments transformation

- Managing payments in a sensibly uniform way across the globe to drive consistent customer experience, operational efficiencies and reduced risk of errors to become a world-class provider of payment services

- Work with senior stakeholders across the Group to shape the transformational change agenda for the function, managing execution to ensure benefits (financial and non-financial) are realized.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- At least 18+ years of Team Management experience in a Global Payments or similar environment.

- Strong understanding of Global Payments and Systems e.g. CHIPS, CHAPS, TARGET, ACH, Fedwire etc.

- Proven track record in leading & building successful teams.

- Experience of automating global payment environments.
