A Travel Consolidator organization - Setting up their operation in India is looking for someone to lead their Marketing Team in Gurgaon
- A minimum of 3-4 years experience in Digital Marketing Management and total 15 years in Marketing.
- Prior experience in Travel/Sales industries will be a weighted advantage.
Responsibilities:
Lead Management:
- Overseeing and driving the development and deployment of the digital marketing strategy for versatile fast-growing Travel industry projects within international markets.
- Monitoring and constantly improving existing channels performance, exploring new mediums and managing big marketing budgets efficiently.
- Developing lead generation campaigns/program strategies, objectives, goals, metrics, and defining best practices, standards and processes to drive successful customer acquisition and current customer upsell opportunities.
- Executing an integrated mix of email, direct mail, digital, lead-nurturing and content marketing campaigns for lead generation, including emails, landing pages, calls-to-action and content.
- Ensuring optimization of marketing automation best practices to attract and guide qualified leads through the Sales process.
Sales Management:
- Efficiently managing Sales pipeline using Company's processes.
- Transforming the online presence of a project into a true user-focused experience and helping improve the Sales funnel by converting inbound leads into Sales opportunities.
- Maintaining calendar of all demand generation campaigns/programs, tactics, budgets, and metrics to optimize awareness and lead generation efforts.
- Meeting personal targets and working towards Company's Sales goals and profitability.
Planning and Communication:
- Tracking and reporting on demand generation performance metrics, using this data to continually optimize campaign performance.
- Working closely within Sales & Marketing team and developing cooperative working relationships with all company colleagues.
- Providing accurate and timely information as required to project managers, the delivery team and senior management.
- Proficient usage of various social media tools like LinkedIn, Twitter, SEO optimization.
- Preparing and managing monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department.
- Adhering to company policies, procedures, culture and business ethics.
Team Management:
- Selecting, managing and developing a team of various local Marketing specialists as per the needs of the business.
- Creating a result-oriented set of deliverables and metrics for the proper appraisal of team's performance.
- Leading the team with both short and long term strategies and insights in order to bring the results to another level.
Product Knowledge:
- Developing a strong knowledge of the Company's products and services in order to facilitate the Sales & Marketing process.
- Becoming a product expert by understanding how the benefits of Company's products and services can meet the customer's needs in various businesses and markets.
- Monitoring competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features) in order to ensure Company's product competitiveness.
