Global Head - Marketing
- Strategize, design, plan and lead execution of all the marketing related activities in product marketing, corporate marketing and demand generation
- Coordinate with the client facing groups and empower them through industry insights, go-to market strategies and analysis based on market research.
- Establish, monitor and manage all campaigns and initiatives through relevant metrics and make recommendations to relevant teams
- Coordinate with internal teams to lead all branding campaigns (internal and external) that showcase us as a great place to wok
- Liaison with external agencies to increase the brand visibility of our product.
- Act as a thought leader & represent us in various industry events as an ambassador for our products.
- Mentor & coach the Marketing team and help them grow personally and professionally
- Continuously innovate and improve our marketing processes & methodologies.
- Contribute by providing contents to our learning and knowledge management initiatives
