Job Description - This is a senior technology leadership role to head up the Customer Service Desk for a large Global Investment Bank.
The role holder will have very high visibility, and will have a key impact in cementing the Bank's leading position among the best global Financial Services Firms.

Client Details

Our client is a prestigious Investment Bank with operations across more than 50 countries, and employing more than 50,000 people. They are looking for a senior IT Leader (Executive Director) who will head up the User Service Centre for them.

Description

Based out of Pune, you will be essaying the following broad responsibilities within a Global context:-

- Daily management of operation support, service improvements, stakeholder and client management and vendor compliance

- Ensure compliance with established processes and procedures

- Be the primary point of contact for regional teams, internal/external auditors, and regulators

- Essay the role of one of the ultimate escalation points for all customers, stakeholders, and internal IT Management

- Ensure 24- 7 support service in a Global, matrix managed services environment

- Play a leadership role in a team of 400+ qualified permanent and vendor staff

Profile

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following competencies, amongst other intangible attributes:-

- 15+ Years of relevant global experience in IT Support Services, along with strong service delivery skills, and vendor management experience

- Demonstrate collaborative leadership within matrix international environments, while also being able to constructively challenge senior IT Stakeholders and Clients

- Proven hands-on domain skills, and a record of successful projects and deliveries

- The ability to effectively engage, build effective relationships, and influence decisions amongst business partners and stakeholders

- Excellent written and interpersonal skills

- ITIL Qualified, and Proficient in using Service Now

- Good knowledge of Windows 7, Lync, Outlook Exchange 2010, and VDI

- Experience of Lean Methodology

- The ability to work effectively in a dynamic, and often stressful environment
