Global Head - Identity & Access Management - Investment Bank

- Typically educated to degree level, with 20+ years of experience.

- Relevant experience in leading IT security and/or Operational Centres

- Familiarity with Information Security standards and identity and access management good practice

- He/She is responsible for ensuring that IT and businesses conform with all applicable identity and access management regulations and policies globally. This includes compliance checking and gap remediation across the company.

- The jobholder also influences IT and Global IT Security strategy, in terms of ensuring electronic-based assets are only accessed by those people with a legitimate business need when they need to do so.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to produce clear and concise reports and communications to internal and external stakeholders.

- He/She will lead the Identity and Access Management function, which is a global team delivering identity management including authentication, authorization, privileges, and review of actions, across all the goal of increasing both security and productivity, while decreasing cost, downtime and repetitive tasks
