Position Summary: This position advises Company's board and Management on various strategic business matters in US Healthcare domain: - Industry overview and international landscape, relevant case studies, opportunity (white space) identification; - Creation of Business plan, investment strategy linked to ROI, conceptualization of service and product offering, implementation roadmap; - Advise on Organization design and hiring right skillset in building scalable organization; - Navigate all efforts to acquire customers, generate revenue and scale up; Important Responsibilities (Not an inclusive list): - Identify opportunities in key growth areas, those are in line with company's vision - Help management in crafting relevant and innovative technical solutions for targeting the identified opportunity areas - Help management in creating the suitable business model, value proposition for clients by advising on creating attractive and unique service and product offerings - Advise on creating org structure; assist in evaluation of the right skill sets and subsequently help the team to hire the key leadership team - Help management in creating the detailed business plan clearly laying out the cost estimates, revenue projections and ROI - Connect company's management with prospect clients using professional network - Advise on creating Organization design and leadership structure. Assist in hiring assessments of candidates and various partnerships - Advise the team on creating the go-to-market strategy, client pitch and contracts - Help in evaluating and improving sales &amp; marketing strategies to scale up operations - Guide operations management during initial phase in planning and execution of business strategies - Advise Board and management on potential business risks, mitigation strategies, emerging technology, and markets - Evaluate management performance; act as a sounding board to management; attend strategy and operations review meetings Essential Qualification and Work Experience: - 25+ years of experience, with at least 12-15 years in Tech space in the US Healthcare (process automation, tech platforms, product ideas) - Must have served at a CXO level in the recent past in a mid to large size IT/Tech corporation (knows how to build and sell IT services) - Excellent business skills along with deep domain knowledge of provider / payer sides of the business - Strong US Healthcare client relationships and connects with Sales professionals in North America region - Experience of running / owning a start-up - Experience in managing large tech enabled BPM teams in Healthcare space An ideal candidate should come with a good mix of past experience at an international scale and at a senior level into US Healthcare in large companies + exposure into building US Healthcare Tech by either having a start-up of his own in the past or working with a firm as a consultant/advisor. Good connect with US clients, great insight into the US Healthcare industry, and tech opportunities for business growth are critical components.
