This globally recognized It Services company is actively seeking a new Global Head of Compensation & Benefits to be based in Mumbai. Reporting to the Global Head of HR.  The Role :  As the Global Head of Compensation & Benefits you'll :  - Set state-of-the art strategies and policies on compensation & benefits globally  - Develop compensation & benefits objectives in line with the global strategy  - Influence decision making at Global level  - Lead Global Compensation & Benefits and shape direction for all major Compensation & Benefits issues   - Analyse complex year-end-processes and global/regional reward activities to change and improve significantly processes and compensation & benefits products to ensure speed and quality via regional and country compensation & benefits teams  - Benchmark Compensation & Benefits policies and processes with blue-chip IT Services companies through participation in external surveys and forums  - Act as a consultant on all major Compensation & Benefits related issues, including steering the global target setting for employees in scope on time  - Lead overall Year-End process and conduct process for the Executive population  - Develop cost/benefit assessments and provide different scenarios  - Drive alignment and standardization of job grading at global level, assess Executive and senior professional roles from a grading perspective, provide supervision for "upgrade-requests" through an internal grading committee  - Consult on Regional and/or Division incentive schemes  - Lead and manages the Global Express Compensation & Benefit team (managers and specialists) Determine team structure, roles, performance targets, goals and performance results  The Person :  To be successful in the role of Global Head of Compensation & Benefits, you'll have the following skills and experience :  - High level of seniority and well connected within the global compensation & benefits community.   - Must have experience of handing C&B responsibilities in US, Europe, ME, APAC and India regions.   - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment  - Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a proven ability to communicate effectively across all levels, both internally and externally, amongst business operatives, peer groups, senior management, customers, government authorities and service providers / contractors.  - An ability and awareness of the need to operate with an appropriate sensitivity toward the cultural differences.  - Demonstrated ability to communicate and negotiate at all organizational levels  - Ability to work independently and flexible   - A demonstrated ability of management to lead a team and utilize available indirect resources to drive strategy and in the development of systems and processes to support regional / global initiatives Change management skills  - Strong planning, organizational and problem solving skills  - Practical statistical and mathematical skill set
