Global Finance Trainer - Bank

Salary Range: 10 - 12 LPA

We have an opportunity with one of our leading clients -MNC Bank in Mumbai for a opening of Global Trainer - Finance.

Role Outline :

- An exciting opportunity exists to join the company as a member of the global Research Training Team.

- The Research Training team provides application training, documentation, and support to Research Analyst teams and Equity Sales/Trading desks around the world.

- This involves both live and virtual trainings; a variety of communication/documentation formats; and support in the form of floor walks and responses to emailed questions.

Needed Skills :

The role would particularly suit someone with a background with Market Data vendors, internal databases that manage financial data and with a high level of Excel expertise.

Roles :

- Support of all covered applications: Word- and PowerPoint-based Authoring tools, an Excel-based data frontend, a CRM and Distribution tools.

- Create and manage documentation and communications related to covered applications, particularly with regard to the data tools and with Excel functionality.

- Deliver training including New Hire Orientation, training on new applications and tools and training in response to business needs;

- Process user feedback and deliver it to product teams.
