We are having an opportunity with one of our leading IT client for the role of Global Finance Head .

Title: Global Finance Controller

Primary Location: US/Edison

Reporting to Status:

CEO/ President Position Summary

Key Job Responsibilities

- Manages a team capable of supporting strong customer service levels.

- Supervises financial reporting, payable, receivable, inventory, and payroll functions of the organization.

- Works closely with the Sales, Resourcing and Delivery Managers to ensure decision-making is based on the most relevant and timely information available. Provides assistance as required to support budget and forecast assumptions.

- Coordinates external & internal reporting. Assumes principal responsibility for improving and standardizing financial consolidation and reporting processes across the company.

- Liaison for external and internal audits. Manages and coordinate all aspects of various financial and operational audits. Develops, implements, and maintains internal control procedures.

- Designs and prepares presentation materials for executive level presentations.

- Develops integral working relationships across functions.

Knowledge, Skills, Competencies, Education, and Experience

Required:

- CA or CPA +10 years comprehensive Finance, Accounting, and Controllership experience

- Managerial and hands-on experience with Payable, Receivable, and Payroll

- Demonstrate leadership track record of effective management and staff development. Requires to travel US once in 2/3 months and work timings should overlap 40- 50% with US.

- Someone who has worked in US and moved to back to India

- US Experience and background/ knowledge w.r.t corporate insurances (workman's comp, Professional liability, General, Auto etc.) and knowledge about compliance with necessary federal and state regulatory obligations

Preferred:

- IT Industry experience
