Role : Global Finance Controller Location : Hyderabad - 15+ years of experience - CA passed out preferably between 2000-2005 - 10+ years in IT services industry. - Must have worked on India and USA accounting. - Should have handled large teams and with direct reporting people in USA. - Must be open to work late evenings during monthly and quarterly closure - Should have experience handling General Accounting, Revenue Recognition, AR, Collections, Taxation, Audits etc. - Must have process knowledge required for IT industry and should be strong in controls - Should have worked in 1 or 2 ERP systems. Exposure to oracle financials is a big plus - Should have strong experience in implementing new systems and processes - Should be energetic and hungry to contribute and grow - Manage all finance operations - Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances - Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements - Prepare and submit Financial modeling report - Preparing CEO's Dash board - Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting - Working closely with the leadership team to formulate the business's medium to long term financial and strategic plan - Work with Business heads to build their annual budgets and forecasts - Producing models to project long term growth and determine the impacting business factors - Provide detailed analysis and commentary on cost center results
