ROLE - Global Family Office Manager (GFO Manager)

Location: Lagos, Nigeria.

JOB SUMMARY

The Global Family Office (GFO) manager will be responsible to lead and manage all activities of the Family Office.

RESPONSIBILITIES -

Revenue/Income Collection

- Collection as per Annual Budget Plan (ABP).

Finance/Banking/Treasury

- All GFO Entities - Budgeting, Compliance, Accounting, Reporting and Tax requirements, Payments and Vendor management.

Properties

- Rental income monitoring and all property management globally.

Trust and Structures

- Ensure management of Wealth Protection, Family Governance, Wealth Transfer, Corporate Governance, Structure Optimisation, Vendor Management, Succession Planning, Board Meetings and Trust Administration.

Concierge and Support Services

- Build, organise and deliver all support services to the family members and assets (Home maintenance, Household Staff, Schools and education, Mails and Correspondence, Appointments, Travel and Hotels, Visas and Documentation, Vehicles and Water Craft management, AMC).

Team Management

- Ensure team is engaged, reviewed and performs at highest levels.
