We are looking to hire a passionate, self-motivated Global Enterprise Sales Manager. A dynamic and results-driven sales professional with significant experience in cross-cultural management across multiple regions worldwide.
Responsibilities:
- Have a good understanding of the CPaaS business products or services and be able to advise others about the services.
- Create a strategy for global sales for CPaaS business
- Create a list of prospects in specific regions to be targeted
- Seek out the appropriate contacts worldwide
- Generate leads and meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone.
- Independently pursue and prospect into customers
- Develop data-driven insights and recommendations on sales pipeline, segmentation and key account targeting.
- Mentor the team to provide leadership and spearhead Sales and Business Development initiatives
- Develop alliances and partnerships and drive channel sales in the assigned region.
- Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.
- Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world.
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
Skills & Qualification:
- Experience in A2P messaging sales globally.
- Create and Mentor a Team.
- Ability to analyze sales figures and maintain reports.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills - needed for communicating with a range of people, both internally and externally, as well as presentation skills.
- Strong project management, organizational and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
