Job Description :


- Build and promote company culture and values to local employees in the Mumbai office


- Assess the office culture in Mumbai on a regular basis and propose solutions to improving local needs & Provide a localized view to the global employer branding team for future global planning

Job Description:

Mission:


- Build and promote company culture and values to local employees in the Mumbai office;

- Assess the office culture in Mumbai on a regular basis and propose solutions to improving local needs;


- Collaborate with HRBPs and local Admin team to plan, promote and execute company events;


- Cooperate with other organizational culture POCs to identify and deliver company initiatives on a continent and global level;


- Assist regional POCs in planning for and managing culture elements for offices in India;


- Build and maintain enterprise employer brand and marketing campaigns from conception to implementation;


- Partner with global employer branding team on digital, social, video, events and traditional media initiatives;


- Define measurements for success and assess the effectiveness of campaigns;


- Evaluate and launch new and emerging recruitment channels, tools and marketing outreach strategies;


- Lead talent market employee research to gain an insight into the talent market;


- Provide a localized view to the global employer branding team for future global planning;


Profile:

- Deep understanding of integrated marketing concepts, visual identity, content management, brand strategy and social media including WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Glassdoor and SnapChat;

- Must have experience in crafting compelling, targeted marketing messaging (copywriting of social, blogs, etc.);


- Expertise in leading multi-functional project teams and strong project management experience;


- Expertise in marketing analytics required;


- Highly proficient in English


- Ability to travel as required.
