Lead IT Operations for Aricent Group spanned across geographies, India, US, China, UK, Germany and Vietnam centers. Managing 10000 + users setup 24x7 globally

BE/Btech with IT experience of 12-15 Years

An Engineer who grew technically to a leadership role having vast experience of IT technologies, Systems Management with Key Skills in Network and Telecom Operations for the Company with globally distributed team.
IT Budget Management, Capex and Opex budget, and cost optimization.

- Responsible for any IT integration, Expansion, New facility IT Setup, due diligence and management.

- Responsible for customer project setup, Managing Offshore Development Centers/Dedicated Development facility, integration and management.

- Assist in developing and enforcing compliance to policies and procedures

- Specializing in formulating and delivering business focused IT strategies and support, proactive stakeholder and business relationship management in the ongoing provision of a broad range of customized infrastructure services, integrating and managing enterprise IT services and solutions in globally distributed environments

- Have led fairly large teams spread across the globe with leadership qualities and have very good interpersonal/communication skills.

- Have good track record of bridging technology and business goals/needs to provide productive solutions, delivering mission critical projects with timely delivery with optimized budgets
