Global Deployment Manager- APAC - IT Consulting - The Global Deployment Manager provides strategic, technical and operational leadership and management support across the region, to ensure successful programs for global customers. - Develop and maintain strong partner relationships, an understanding of the region's geographic footprint, languages and cultures as it pertains to conducting business for delivering a consistently superior customer experience. - Works closely with the VP of Global Deployment to guide and improve international business processes and relations for the overall growth and success of business around the globe. - Provide oversight and support of Global engagements, ensuring Global standards and requirements are being followed by all stakeholders, throughout program lifecycle to provide on-time, on-budget, quality projects that meet customer expectations. - Monitor compliance of defined standards for communications, design, project management, delivery, quality assurance, training, managed services, billing and reporting, across countries, and regional business units. - Maintain an active list of proposals, projects and any open deliverables or issues for Non-US Domestic Programs and Projects in each Region. - Maintain working relationships with Global teams through regular and effective communication through video, audio, email and occasional customer visits, to create a high level of engagement. - Identify and recommend changes to improve efficiency, profitability and enhance customer satisfaction. - Provide additional, provisional support to at risk Global accounts as needed. - Assist with pre-sales support between the Global teams and the domestic account team. - Support and participate in the development of successful partnerships in region. - Support the Global Deployment Team with ongoing initiatives and work to identify additional revenue and relationship opportunities. - Create, maintain and improve Global process documentation that can be used for training materials as needed.
