- Minimum of 15+ years of experience post a Master's degree in Maths/Statistics/Quant sciences from a Premier university and strong in Marketing/Customer/Data analytics concepts.
- Experienced analytics leader with track record of delivering complex analytics project & resulting in quantifiable business impact.
- Strong experience in marketing and customer analytics sciences and their adoption in retail, CPG, eCommerce is preferred.
- Build and lead a global analytics team to solve complicated Customer/business problems on eCommerce through Advanced Analytical solutions.
- Passionate about creating seamless, intuitive, and delightful customer experience on web and mobile and multi platforms using data-driven insights.
