Global Delivery Lead - IT - IIT/NIT/BITS/IIM/FMS/MDI/XLRI

We are currently retained by a leading IT firm to find a Global Delivery Lead for them.

As a Lead you will not only be involved in shaping global delivery footprint with an unwavering focus on client satisfaction, but also responsible for overseeing the seamless delivery of product/services of the organization.

To be considered for this role, you must be an Engineer followed by MBA from Tier-1 Institutes and have a total of 20+ years of experience in covering delivery management for multiple global accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the delivery of the product/services portfolio on a global scale.

- Ensuring completion of projects on time and budget.

- Drive excellence in delivery, ensuring client satisfaction, and fostering a culture of organizational development.

- Establish and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.

- Engage with clients to understand and align with their strategic objectives.

- Lead and inspire the global delivery team, fostering a culture of collaboration and efficiency.

To Fit the bill, you must have:

- 20+ Years of experience in IT industry in managing delivery of projects globally.

- Engineer and MBA form Tier-1 Institute.

- Prior experience of working in both Product and Services based firms.

- Handled multiple global accounts across large geographies.
