- Strong Background in Lifesciences and Healthcare
- Heads the Global Delivery for respective units by effective strategic planning, providing inputs to Delivery Leadership.
- Effective execution of the strategies, business compositions at unit level, enabling business growth at unit level, enabling sales, developing teams to deliver world class services/technology solutions to customers within the guidelines, processes and norms of the organization.
- Focus on profitable growth of the unit keeping in mind profitability, and responsible for managing the Top and Bottom Line.
- Establishes new domain competencies and unearth new business-adjacency opportunities.
- Acts as Ambassadors in various business and technical forums.
- Collaborates with Sales Teams to formulate strategy to grow the Unit.
- Establishes and executes the governance plan to proactively understand client expectations and get periodic feedback from relevant stakeholders.
- Ensures the Unit leadership is able to manage customer expectations.
- Manages teams by ensuring identifying high potentials and communication to the teams.
- Maintains utilization and resource structure as per organizational guidelines/ approved deviations.
- To head Group Delivery i.e. managing various Business Units at the OU level.
- Lead the business under the guidance of LOB Head by effective strategic planning, Investment, business compositions, partnerships, thus enabling business growth and sales.
- Developing business leaders in order to deliver world class services/technology solutions to customers.
- Co-create Business Strategy and Mission: Build overall LOB strategy and market leadership.
- Grow the profit footprint of the Vertical/Business Unit.
- Profitability: Ensure to maintain existing business and profitability (improve profit margins);
- Support Sales in achieving the Top-line and be directly responsible for gross & net margin.
- Support Sales/Business Development: Collaborate with Sales & provide inputs to formulate strategy and Sales plans for the BU.
- Operation Excellence, Process & Quality - Services/Product:
- Ensure the DU Heads continuously work on the Improvement in Customer Management and project management skills.
- People Management: Manage leadership team of delivery partners and other key stakeholders effectively.
- Conduct succession planning for key positions/roles.
- Organizational Contributions: Lead/Participate in flagship programs.
