Job Description : Position Title : Delivery Head - Data &amp; Analytics LOCATION : Bangalore ROLE DESCRIPTION : - Provide leadership and manage the delivery organization for Big data &amp; Analytics overall account portfolio. Will need to manage large project accounts, which will require an ability to engage with customers at C level. - To lead Delivery Management for all and marquee accounts. - This would include managing customers and their expectations. - Manage and grow such customer relationships in value, customer satisfaction, revenue mix - Upsell &amp; Cross-sell of services - Leading, growing and mentoring an enthusiastic team of high energy professionals and build future leaders. - Delivery Leadership; enhance delivery, quality, governance processes; manage client concerns &amp; escalations; drive productivity, utilization. - Will drive future growth by managing gross margins, ideal team &amp; revenue mix. - Will be involved in solution development, RFP support. - Create new services which map to the marketplace requirements. - As a senior leader of the team, this role will carry responsibility in aiding organization development, innovation &amp; providing the solution while also aiding business development effort. - Build additional competencies &amp; skills sets in line with market requirements and future growth potential ROLE REQUIREMENTS : - Strong knowledge of Information Management delivery processes, tools, onsite-offshore engagement model. - Should be customer facing with excellent communication and presentation skills - Should have handled delivery Big Data and Analytics projects preferably for Global customers with gross margin targets in Retail and CPG domain - Should be able to drive Solutioning and proposals in Retail and CPG domain. - Should have strong customer relationship and project management capabilities. - Should possess excellent delivery manager, team management, and leadership skills - It is necessary that the successful candidate will have strong experience to engage with customers at senior leadership Level - Global Delivery, Large Account Management, particularly in the area of Digital Services across Retail and CPG verticals.
