As the COE lead, you will be responsible for pre-sales process with the sales teams in the countries and the subsequent delivery of the global services on behalf of those countries to their customers. Description : - Organisation effectiveness - Can build, lead, and inspire a COE organisation that has engaged and skilled employees capable of delivering services that delight our customers. - People Management - Effectively communicates and motivates the COE teams to ensure that employee engagement and satisfaction are high and unplanned attrition is maintained below 20%. Is capable of leading remote / hybrid teams. - Service Delivery Excellence - Leads and oversees delivery of cloud services across the globe. This includes executing in line with published SLAs and expected cost. Is expert in the Microsoft Azure technology and has deep knowledge of the cloud adoption framework and can deploy the best practices from these principles into the COE. - Productivity - Provides leadership in identifying productivity / automation improvement opportunities across the COE and customer experience. Delivers continuous unit cost reduction for the services provided. - Customer focus - Provides a focus for SLA management and customer satisfaction for MSP Azure across the Global customer base. Ensures the information systems and the review structures for SLAs and client satisfaction are in place and effectively used. Oversees the successful resolution of high-profile client service delivery problems associated with service transition, service delivery or service transformation. Ensures root-cause analysis is conducted and a corrective action plan is followed through with any learning applied for future benefit. - Sales Enablement - Actively promotes, markets, and communicates the MSP Azure value proposition and capabilities, supporting country sales. Provides expertise and pre-sales support for new business opportunities taking an active role in bids and sales support in supporting the transition of new business into live service (including new service offers). Keeps connected to the OEM incentive programmes to ensure Softline takes full advantage of the sales acceleration opportunities. - Governance - Creates and deploys an effective management process that monitors sales pipeline and business development. Ensures this pipeline is interpreted proactively within an effective COE capacity management process.
