Role - C&B Manager (International)

Job Description :
The person will head the function of International C&B and policies for L&T IES & would report to ‘Head – Compensation & Performance Management’.
- The primary emphasis of the job would be to conceptualize, design, institutionalize and implementthe core C&B related initiatives for our employees based in the US, EMEA and A-PAC region. Design, review and revise theHR policies related to theseregions as per the Country specific statutory regulations. Compensation & Variable Plans for Sales personnel & Senior Executives based in these locations will be a key focus area.
- In addition, he/she would play a key role in benchmarking of our Compensation with that of the market, developing C&B/Allowance structures for new countries.
Desired Profile
- Experience around 8 to 12 years in Human Resources - out of which at least the last 3 to 4 years should have been in the IT Industry handling similar role preferably from a reputed medium to large sized organization.
- The person should be a self-starter with good conceptual clarity, good at facts and figures.
- The person should have handled a team & should have the capability of leading a team.
- Should have full-time P.G. Qualification in Human Resources from a reputed institute.
