Global Category Mgr - IT Sourcing - Pharma

Our Client: A Leading Pharma MNC

Job Purpose:

- To develop IT Sourcing Strategy (mid & long term) for Hardware, Software & IT services with specific focus on 3rd party sourcing and using India offshoring capabilities

Major KRA's:

- Manage continuous vendor performance for 3rd party vendors and successful in achieving right offshore & onshore ratio for resources located at 3rd parties.

- Build successful business case for offshoring and outsourcing in specific sub categories of IT with execution of pilots & meaningful customer outcomes

- Develop, advocates and implements sourcing and negotiation strategies for key spend areas to achieve short and long term savings targets.

- Develop & maintain right sourcing best practice tools and template

- Develop and maintain repository of case studies ,market benchmarks and examples of sourcing options Also conduct IT sourcing Market Intelligence for best practice and right sourcing approach on continuous basis.

Education: Bachelor Degree in a related area and /or equivalent experience /training. An MBA degree is preferred
