Job Description - A chance to work with a mid-sized Indian Company who are leading manufacturers of specialty chemicals with focus on sodium & potassium alkoxides. The person will be responsible for new business development in the US and European markets and to drive the sales in these regions.

Our client is one of the leading Indian organisations in the production of specialty chemicals with a focus on sodium and potassium alkoxides. They already have a strong set up in India and have a strong base globally as well.
Description
Reporting into the managing director and managing a team, the candidate will be responsible for:
- New Business Development
- Strategising the entry to new segments
- Appointment of new distributors in the assigned territories
- Organising stalls in various conferences across the globe
- Formulating the business plans along with forecasting & analysis for assessment of revenue potential in business opportunities
- Analysing & reviewing the market response/ requirements and communicating the same to the sales teams for the accomplishment of business goals
- Finalizing channel-to-market strategy and implement the plan accordingly
Profile
- Exposure to the European and American market
- Should have experience in international sales
- Should have a strong chemical background
- Excellent communication skills
- Work Experience: 8 to 12 years (specifically in global business development)
- Open to travelling extensively
- Should have experience in team management
