Global Lead generation and conversion of Clients for selling Payroll Business solutions. Setting up required compliance and partnerships globally to enable business operations in different geographies

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead conversion by creating and giving the sales pitch to the clients

- Ensuring target achievements of sales and lead to conversion ratio

- Establishing a minimum count of vendors connects in each geography

- Establishing relationships with the vendors and negotiating for the most cost-effective solutions

- Negotiating payment terms and credit cycles

- Risk management and ensuring no defaults

- Creating a compliance database for each country in different geographies

Key Requirement & Skills:

- B2B Sales for global markets specifically UK, EU and APAC

- Creating Sales Decks and carrying out sales presentations with Clients

- Negotiation

- Relationship building

- Risk Management

- Understanding of compliance in the payroll industry

- People with global vendor alliances and an understanding of payroll compliance in UK, Europe and other geographies will be preferred
