One of our client is seeking qualified candidates for a HR Operations, Global Back Office & Asia HR Operations Lead in Gurugram, India to join their Global Human Resources organization. - This role will work closely with various HR employees across multiple regions and teams to provide exceptional operational HR Services. - This includes leading the Asia HR Operations (Asia HR Ops), Global Back Office/HR Shared Services and associated technologies required to perform, support, and complete operational work in relation to global and regional HR processes such as - new hire, life event, work event, administrative event reporting, and vendor integration and support. - This individual leads a team to ensure HR Services are performed with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness and will ensure seamless operation of HR between other components of the Service Delivery Model. This position will communicate and resolve operational issues partnering with HR leadership and other parties as needed. Day to Day (what a typical day or week look like in this role) In this position, you will be responsible for: - Lead & support a team of 70+ Global Back Office and Asia HR Operations employees based across Asia to deliver exceptional HR Services to their global HR colleagues. - Lead HR activities such as Reporting and Analytics, Data Management Global Operations, System Administration, Vendor Management Support, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Management. - Work as part of a global team with colleagues from across all regions including Corporate Center, North America, Latin America, Asia, Europe, Middle East, and Africa Regions, and the Global HR function Candidate Requirements : - Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance or related field - Minimum of at least 5 years in a Leadership role within solution center operations and/or HR Operations experience required - Knowledge and experience in people management, financial management, and business Decision-making - Experience in successfully managing and implementing large scale operational projects Including associated risk management/mitigation and supporting business readiness, Communications, and training activities - Previous global or international experience - Experience in managing broad based HR services with a large size company and or service Provider preferred - Proven leadership level competencies such as team leadership, communications, partnerships, Process and change management preferred - Experience in managing outsourced service providers preferred - Experience in SAP Success Factors preferred
