Years of experience: 5 - 10 Yrs

Job Location : Chennai/Noida

Key Expertise :

5 - 8 Years experience in Legal team with IT Product Development or Service Company

Should be a Company Secretary (CS Completed) and good experience in Companies Act

Should have strong knowledge in Indian Labour Laws

Experience in working with External Counsel

Should have played a role of Advisor in HR and other policy preparation
