We are hiring for Global Alliances Practice lead - AEM (Application & Engineering Modernization) with one of the leading IT Organization.

Job Profile:

- Create and drive strategy with reference to Application & Engineering Modernization Services partnership eco-system.

- Maintain and deepen relationships with existing partners, based on sector priorities.

- Drive partner pipeline for application partners Globally, based on specific sectors.

- Working closely with the sales team on large deal proposals and pitches, through partner intervention. Negotiating attractive partnership deals and ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with deal dynamics.

- Coordination and organization of demand generating activities like campaigns, events or customer specific activities, with partners.

- Spot new partnership opportunity through market insights (partners, customer, advisors, analysts and competition research).

- Present organization's FullStride strength back to partners for improving mindshare and strengthening organization's positioning within partner eco-system.

- Sourcing new partners and executing exciting partnership solutions, based on sector strategy

- Track, manage & report deals status, Pipeline/OB for sectors.

Job Summary:

We are searching for a dynamic & seasoned individual who has appreciation of the big picture (strategic outlook), has an eye for detail and can interact & manage sales stakeholders, architect partner strategy across Technologies/Application systems/Practices.

The expectation of the Lead is to use his/her industry, technical, product & partner knowledge and arrive at best fit strategy & solution for customers. Specifically, applicant must have the ability to review landscapes and suggest a partner eco-system strategy. This would require a deeper knowledge of Application & Engineering Modernization Services but having an understanding of diverse portfolio of Business Applications. viz Enterprise applications (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce etc.), Digital technology applications, Testing Services, CSP/Hyper-scaler play, Integration, Cloud/DevOPS; so that possible integration, Triangulations and creation of newer offerings and solutions can be ideated and taken to GTM execution.

Qualification & Experience:

- Should be Engineering Graduate / Science Graduate or MBA

- 12 to 18 years of sales/partnership management (exposure to Financial Services, Manufacturing, Auto, Energy, Utilities, Hi Tech sector will be added advantage)

- Deep understanding of sectorial market trends (business, technology).

- Maturity to handle sales leaders/customer - partner scenarios, handle escalations and relationship building.

- Conversant with next gen technology trends (SaaS, Agile, DevOps, Cloud, Digital, Data)

- Self-driven with solid partner interfacing skill & stake holder management

- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written presentation skills

- Accountability; ownership; great execution ability & positive attitude

- Analytical skills and the ability to recognize the demands of partners/clients

- Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize under pressure

- Willingness to travel, as appropriate
