Global Alliance Manager

Global Alliances Manager is largely responsible for driving partnerships with external technology partners. S/he provides alliance management support to existing alliances from an Applications and BPO perspective. S/he will be responsible for building senior level relationships, devising alliance strategies, and driving both technical and business initiatives that expand growth.

Responsibilities

- Build partnering strategy with key vertical and service line partners, establishing strategic goals, priorities, and programs.

- Develop and nurture relationships across these alliances, ensuring the partners are appropriately engaged throughout all levels of both organizations.

- Ensure that the appropriate integrations between partner products/services

- Applications and BPO services occur. Maintain a roadmap of projects with the partners and drive them to successful closure.

- Drive joint go-to-market activities. Identify and drive a variety of joint marketing programs for awareness and demand generation and leverage the partner’s programs to drive growth

- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline required. MBA is a plus.

- Overall 14 years experience

Experience in business development, managing technology alliances on a global basis , product marketing/management in enterprise IT technology vendors, with a principal focus on Applications and services

- Experience of managing alliances like SAP, Oracle, SFDC, MS etc from an Apps perspective

- Knowledge of Applications and BPO ecosystems and vendor product lines/services

- Demonstrated effectiveness in relationship-building and influencing skills ranging from Business Development to Product Management and Sales Leadership.

- Ability to work out results-oriented win/win plans in complex partnerships.

- Crisp and effective communicator who can work well within extended teams.
