Global Accounting Shared Service Head - KPO

We are looking for Global Accounting Shared Service Head for a leading product based MNC. Job Location is Hyderabad.

The overall goal for the Shared Services head is to shape and lead a centralized HUB that supports accounting functions globally

- 10+ years of applicable Finance & Accounting experience

- Past experience in leading a shared services center of a multinational corporation

- Experience directly managing large teams

The Shared Services head will oversee all resources in the Hyderabad accounting hub (shared service center) working across the following accounting process areas:

- General Accounting

- General Ledger

- Fixed Assets

- Accounts Receivable

- Payroll

- Treasury & Cash Management.

Deliver services in line with defined performance requirements.

Manage Site teams and resources .

Maintain customer satisfaction, reporting, quality compliance, and control for the site.

Extremely good Stakeholder Management experience.
