- With offices in India & the UK, our proprietary AI software connects seamlessly with any existing CCTV network to capture, analyse and report shopper and passenger behaviours in unprecedented detail.

- We are seeking an experienced Account Manager with a strong background in technology / SaaS and who is familiar and comfortable with managing all aspects of a client account - from initial on-boarding & deployment of our product, to daily management and continued success.

- The successful applicant will work closely with both the UK Client Services and India Product Development team, and will be wholly responsible and accountable for all aspects of assigned client activities.

Responsibilities:

- Working with the UK Client Services team through initial engagement to managing the technical deployment of our solution

- Working with the UK Client Services team and creating a project plan.

- Ensuring the deployment of the solution is on-time, in-scope and in-line with client expectations.

- Ensuring that the client solution is performing as expected on a everyday basis.

- Ensuring the clients are satisfied with our solution as well as service.

- Creating bespoke activity reports and completing quarterly business reviews

Qualifications :

- 3+ years experience in Managing global B2B clients

- Experience with project management of tech/SaaS product deployment

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Confident and articulate when communicating with clients

- Experienced with Project Management tools

- Problem solving attitude

- Confident with PowerPoint, Excel, Reporting Tools
