Brand Engagement Specialist

- As a Marketing Manager, you will build, enhance and maintain the entire marketing strategy using best-in-class tools used by startups today.
- You will design and execute a customer marketing/acquisition strategy.
- You will work closely with the Product and Design team to ensure system consistency as per the design and improve user experience.
Key skills :
- Create, execute and manage omni-channel digital marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on inspiring customers through brand stories and content
- Develop a deep understanding of our target segments and create brand advocacy and awareness with technology-oriented marketing campaigns/initiatives
- Evaluate potential brand partnerships and alliances, which help build brand and customer acquisition.
- Plan, create, implement, and oversee creative, copy, and social media presence
- Drive relevant traffic to the website, landing pages, mobile app stores, social media which results in tangible outcomes
- Own the process for iterative A/B testing of campaigns, creative and content for lead nurturing, messaging, and customer engagement through marketing automation tools
- Continuously analyze marketing metrics and optimize current & future campaigns/initiatives
- Track & manage marketing vertical budgets (online + offline) with a strong focus on ROI metrics
- Scale and automate the growth processes.
Qualifications & Skill Requirements :
- Min 2 years experience in digital and social media marketing, with a focus on customer growth, media management, media buying, email marketing, and/or alliances/partnerships.
- Experience in lead generation, with a track record of planning and executing customer acquisition strategies across owned, earned and paid marketing channels
- Fluency in most digital marketing tactics, PPC, social media advertising, email marketing, content marketing, and online display media
- Hands-on experience with Facebook/LinkedIn, Google Ads), Customer Acquisition tactics, Customer Segment Analysis, Google Analytics, and other analytics, reporting, and marketing automation tools
- Data-driven with experience establishing metrics, gleaning community insights, and recommending strategies that achieve marketing goals
- Focused on understanding customer experiences and acquiring consumers in highly targeted segments and specialized industry verticals
- A team player with a startup growth mindset with a drive to achieve ROI.
- An appetite to learn marketing analytics tools such as Hotjar, Mixpanel, Mailchimp, Tag Manager and Google Optimize
