Glibzter - Technology Officer/Co-Founder

This role is for a 3 month old startup recognized by Govt. of India's Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT) and founded by someone who has been in the communications industry for the better part of the last 13 years.

While the startup is in the education space, it DOES NOT operate in the overcrowded K-12 or competitive entrance examination preparation space. Instead, it operates in a niche segment that hasn't been tapped into by any of the existing players in the Indian market.

We are looking to on-board a Technology Officer on a contractual basis for 3 months, and basis performance, be incentivized to become a Co-Founder in the span of the next one year, subject to understanding the innovative product idea and translating it into a workable product offering. This would entail:

- Creation of a prototype and developing a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for an innovative app (Mobile/ Desktop/ Web) based offering for enhancing language learning

Essential requisites for the role

- A hands-on developer with domain expertise- NLP, AI, ML, Databases, Android/ iOS app development, besides programming languages - Python, JAVA, C++.

- Knowledge of Video and Audio streaming technology would be a plus.

- Entrepreneurial mindset, a team builder and team player

- Strong communication skills

Important points to note:

- This will be a fully REMOTE function for the 3 months of the contract, and will entail travel only in the event of pitching to investors or taking part in events.
