Job Description: We are looking for an Executive R&D who will be responsible for providing support to the business units in India for manpower cost budgeting process and supporting the Global Manpower Consolidation & Reporting. The ideal candidate should preferably have an undergraduate or postgraduate degree and a strong understanding of compensation analytics and HR systems. They will be responsible for ensuring data integrity of the employee database and designing best in class compensation analytics to drive data-backed decisions. The Executive R&D will also work closely with business units to introduce best compensation management practices as an SME.
