Glenmark Pharmaceuticals - Executive - R&D (2-5 yrs)
Job Description:
We are looking for an Executive R&D who will be responsible for providing support to the business units in India for manpower cost budgeting process and supporting the Global Manpower Consolidation & Reporting. The ideal candidate should preferably have an undergraduate or postgraduate degree and a strong understanding of compensation analytics and HR systems. They will be responsible for ensuring data integrity of the employee database and designing best in class compensation analytics to drive data-backed decisions. The Executive R&D will also work closely with business units to introduce best compensation management practices as an SME.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support business units for India manpower cost budgeting process
- Support the Global Manpower Consolidation & Reporting
- Periodic review and publishing of variances in the Global Manpower Budgets Compensation
- Ensure data integrity of employee database in HR systems
- Design best in class compensation analytics to drive data-backed decisions
- Partner with business units in specific intervention aligned to business requirement
- Introduce best in class best compensation management practices

Qualifications:
- Undergraduate or postgraduate degree preferred
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of compensation analytics and HR systems
- Experience in budgeting and reporting

- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
