Job Description:

1. Responsible for MIS.

2. Good understanding of the allocation of cost & is able to perform the same individually.

3. Coordination with various stakeholders including senior members.

4. Review the financials of Glenmark entities on a quarterly basis. Good understanding of IFRS will be critical.

5. Review the tax data of the above entities.

6. Review the business cases for new projects & re-evaluate the same with the actuals post-approval.

7. Manage & prepare cash flow analysis including cash flow forecasting.

8. Drive cost reduction exercise with the operations team for selected products.

9. Work closely with the Swiss office in finalizing the quarter & annual financials in addition to day-to-day finance activities.

10. Work across Regulated & Semi regulated markets in product evaluation & business case evaluation with portfolio team.

11. Work on documentation for tax compliance (in line with transfer price requirement).

12. Work on financials for R&D Finance business unit, evaluate BD deals from Finance perspective.

13. Contract review & management.

Candidate Specifications:

1. Worked with a pharma company & in the generics space.

2. CA qualified. (Mandatory)

3. 6-9 years of experience.

4. Good Excel & PowerPoint skills.

5. Able to manage the huge volume of data & consolidate it into meaningful insights & MIS.

6. Has worked in R&D finance (preferable) with good accounting knowledge.

7. Good understanding of IFRS & SAP is a prerequisite.

8. Can join on short notice.
