We are looking to hire a Senior Manager - OD, Talent, Performance and Engagement at Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, with relevant experience of 6 - 12 years and a Post Graduate in Human Resources from a reputed business school.
Expectations from the Role :
The role-holder is responsible for the design and implementation of OD, talent, performance management and employee engagement interventions for the organization. It would involve the following :
- Support in the design and implementation of the talent management framework
- Drive effective implementation of the Performance Management System (PMS)
- Lead and manage the Management Trainee Program
- Lead and manage the global employee engagement survey - design, roll out, action planning
- Identify and roll out different OD interventions that would have a high impact in driving Organization culture and performance
Requisite Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
- Subject matter expertise in the area of Talent Management, Performance Management and Engagement.
- Design and facilitation experience with mid-senior level employees
- Open to learning and flexible to adapt one's approach
- Speed of execution and drive for results
- Ability to come up with well thought through and practical solutions
- Ability to work with and influence diverse stakeholder groups, including the senior leadership team, employees from diverse cultural backgrounds/geographies
- Prior Business partnering experience is desirable
