The position is responsible for Learning & Development, Talent Management, OD and Employee Engagement activities for one of the BUs of Glenmark Pharma with Key Roles & Responsibilities as mentioned below: Talent Management/ OD: - Design of talent framework and tracks with Global COE lead to map internal talent basis competency framework. - Creating and updating Talent Profiles (talent analysis with multiple data points) and conduct Talent Conversations to identify developmental needs, create IDPs and linked learning plans. - Ensure talent pipeline especially for critical positions through developing & implementing Talent Strategy for Business Unit and ensure adherence to Build to Buy ratio. - Putting in place succession planning for critical roles with BU HR Head. Customized Learning Interventions: - Conduct Training Need Identification and Analysis for BU and design of learning interventions. - Play a key role in design and execution of GCL Global Learning Calendar across BU. - Catering to division/ function specific training needs and execute IF Flagship Leadership Building initiatives. - Design & execute critical interventions such as competency linked Leadership Development programs, coaching interventions for Leadership Team, address specific functional needs, learning interventions for hi-pots etc. Continuous Capability Building: - Manage Career Progression of Sale force through designing & implementing Development Centre (DCs) and ensuring right mix of talent as per business requirements. - Manage the Career Progression Process post DCs- Feedbacks, IDPs, Learning Projects, readiness for next role, re-designations, promotions aimed at maintaining talent pool etc. Employee Engagement: - Drive Engagement initiatives for the BU including communication meets, town halls, skip level interactions etc. and own up Employee Engagement process for BU. - Drive annual Employee Engagement Surveys in collaboration with Global COE, communication of results to Leadership team, ensure action planning and monitor execution of action plans across BUs. - Drive R&R initiatives in the BU HR Projects: Lead HR team projects in areas of OD/ Learning & Development/ Talent Management. Experience/ Skills: - 6+ years of post-qualification experience, in an organization with progressive people practices and in an industry with competitive talent land scape, with at least 3+ years in Talent Management/ L&D/ OD. - Ability to drive decisions through data based insights and analytics. - Branding, communication, campaign design skills will be a plus factor. - Understanding of latest trends in Talent & Learning landscape & adopt practices based on organizational context. - Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities and accomplishing multiple tasks. - Collaborative individual with excellent communication & interpersonal skills who can drive partnership, alignment and communication across functional, business and geographic lines at all levels.
