Senior Manager - Human Resources (Learning & Development)
The L&D Manager is responsible for the design, development and delivery of learning programs that are rooted in Glenmark's context. These programs can be instructor-led, self-guided, virtual or digital.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostics with SMEs/ Stakeholders to design learning solutions aimed at solving business problems
- Conceptualise, design and develop various forms of onboarding, orientation, and developmental trainings for employees
- Conceptualise and work with SMEs to develop bespoke Development Journeys for identified Talent Pools
- Facilitate Programs
- Design Innovative Content on Managerial Effectiveness, Communication Skills, Presentation Skills, Team Effectiveness, Cross Culture, Facilitation Skills & various competencies of the Glenmark Talent Model
- HRBP Capability Development
- Measurement & Reinforcement of Training effectiveness
- Maintain knowledge of the latest trends in learning and development and implement in Glenmark's context
Knowledge & Skills (Functional/Technical) required:
- Diagnostics to conduct TNA
- Designing & delivery of behavioural interventions
- Assessment & Development Centres
- Ability to work with SMEs to identify target audience's training needs and develop content leveraging relevant instructional techniques
- Hands on content designing & development experience
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices is preferred
