GlenMark Pharma - Product Manager

Job Responsibilities :

- Manage the brand portfolio assigned, in terms of the strategic & tactical inputs

- Implementation of the activities at the Field level & build rapport with the team

- Co-ordination with key departments - Medical, Distribution, Finance, Purchase, Legal, Administration, Strategic Business Planning etc to achieve the brand goals.

- Ensure achievement of the goals set for the brand in terms of Primary, Secondary Sales & Market Share Achievement

- Build a core customer base of Dermatologists who can advise on existing & new products strategies etc.

Education/Qualifications :

Essential :

- B.Pharm/B.Sc & Post Graduation in Management (Diploma/Degree)

Work Experience ;

- An Experience of about 2-3 years in the position of a Assistant Brand Manager or Brand Manager in an good Organization is desirable.
