GlenMark Pharma - Manager/Senior Manager - Operations Excellence - Manufacturing

Summery:

Responsible for Manufacturing Excellence activities in all the formulation manufacturing locations of Glenmark pharmaceuticals. Drive MIS for Manufacturing operations, Drive improvement project through DMAIC, Conduct lean six sigma trainings for plant employees with close coordination of plant leadership team. Provide analytical inputs to plant Head on capacity utilization, costs and yield.

1. Drive the MIS Process with analytics to enable delivery of Manufacturing Operations. Required close coordination with plant leadership team and ensure on time availability of MIS each month with maximum accuracy.

2. Drive processes to maintain master data in terms of standard cycle time of various manufacturing processes, challenge current cycle time and revisions in SAP recipe on regular basis.

3. Responsible for measuring manufacturing lines efficiency across the organization and publish it to management on monthly basis. Responsible to achieve the targets of efficiency improvement year on year for different plant location. Guide plant team to prioritize effort in the process of efficiency improvement.

4. Drive the project on the theme of Productivity, Quality, Cost and Delivery through DMAIC process. Which includes identification of projects and business alignment of projects. Manage major projects to drive improvement in process metrics, targeted financial benefits, and achieve company goals. Provides project leadership, mentors Operational Excellence team members, and provides training in Lean and Six Sigma concepts.

5. Conduct plant level studies in cost management techniques for productivity enhancement & process improvement. Provide analytical inputs to plant Head on capacity utilization, costs and yield. Responsible to lead the change process by working closely with the Site Head and the rest of Site Leadership Team.
