The incumbent will be responsible for driving the Learning and Development agenda of Glenmark Pharmaceuticals. 1. Lead the development of a robust Digital Learning Ecosystem globally. The incumbent will be responsible for leading the digital learning ecosystem- strategy, design and architecting, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of all formats of online/ digital course content delivered through the LMS. This would include eLearning modules, animations, videos, Job aids, infographics and any other learning support material. 2. Executing organization-wide learning initiatives and programs to enable a culture of learning, with an aim to create a sustainable learning ecosystem for employees across the globe. Digital Learning Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development and implementation of Digital learning which includes developing new online courses and working with a cross-disciplinary teams. - Create and drive the E-learning & LMS framework in consultation with the stakeholders and L&D Head at org level, supporting 14000 employees globally. - Create Digital Learning Pathways/ e-learning modules and story boards for diverse learning topics through both Micro Learning and Macro learning formats in consultation with the content writers and Business. - Strategize and drive communication campaign for digital learning to create On the Go learning culture Globally. - Successfully lead E-learning operations on Success factors. - Innovate and design the current e-learning environment and develop a robust digital vendor ecosystem. - Custodian/ Head of LMS, who can establish standards (platforms, technologies), identify new functionalities, interface the IT team with project design, implementations and deployment; Develop and implement innovative ways of bringing learning to global audience. - Act as Level 2 support for learning related queries. Learning & Development: Support the L&D Head in close partnership with the Business & HR teams for driving learning interventions - Design customized training programs, to build and enhance leadership & managerial capabilities of junior to mid-level Managers. across functions, business & geographies, aligned to organizational imperatives & business needs. - Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities. - Develop and implement consistent methods and metrics to measure the effectiveness of learning interventions. - Identify appropriate delivery partners and create working relationships with them to deliver the comprehensive solutions. - Continually assess the competitiveness of all programs and practices against the relevant market benchmarks. - Conduct market research into existing Digital Academies/ Corporate universities, workplace learning. - Branding, communication and digital campaign design for all learning programs. Reporting, Budgets & other activities: - Reporting and analytics around learning for key stakeholders. - Tracking of budgets, negotiation & execution of contracts with vendors. - Support development/ enhancements in HRIS modules for Learning & Talent, as per requirement. - Support efforts towards designing & cascading communication on processes/ policies related to Digital Learning. Education: Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in L&D in an organization with progressive people practices and in an industry. with competitive talent land scape Knowledge & Skills (Functional): - Conceptual knowledge and Execution experience of Handling LMS system(s) - Exposure to having Managed/led a Learning Management System like Success Factors - Experience/Past exposure with tools like HTML, course-development/ design software like Articulate 360 Suite, Captivate, Canva, iSpring and so on. - Familiar with Data Visualization and analysis tools like Tableau, Advanced Excel. - Ability to drive decisions through data based insights and analytics. - Skills on Branding, communication, campaign design and social media would be plus factor. - Understanding of latest trends in Learning landscape & adopt practices based on organizational context. Leadership / Managerial Attributes: - Genuine interest in Learning and Instructional Design and use of technology to simplify work; Tech-savvy. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong listening skills. - Attention to detail - highly organized with excellent follow-through and delivery. - Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities and accomplishing multiple tasks. - Collaborative individual with excellent interpersonal skills who can drive partnership, alignment and communication across functional, business and geographic lines at all levels. - Commitment to improving own knowledge and skills and a passion for continuous learning.
