The Human Capital Management System function at the corporate is focused on identification, conceptualization, design, and implementation of right HR Systems with the following primary objectives: - Real Time Availability of Single Version of Truth enabling Fast Data Based Decision Making - Improved Audit / 21 CFR Compliance Readiness at all times - Shift from People Dependent Organization to Process Driven Organization - Data Security (Controlled Access &amp; Authorization Mechanisms) - Standard &amp; Centralized System Implementation for all Glenmark entities globally - Ease of System Up gradations - Enable Organizational Scalability in the future Following are the sub functional focus areas for this role: - Define user requirement specifications based on business analysis with stakeholders - Own and develop relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance system integration - Help design, document and maintain system processes - Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product team - Communicate key insights about the system / functionality to relevant stakeholders - Constantly be on the lookout for Process Improvements - Interpreting data about company policies and workflows - Support in Project Management Ex: Testing, Data Migration and MIS process - Facilitating a successful release handover - Writing reports, instructions, and specifications and creating flowcharts, Manuals - Facilitating meetings and educational workshops for team members - Change management and communication - Develops and documents solution approach with teams Responsibility Results Expected/ Target Project Implementation as per timelines %age completion of Project Milestones Quality of System Design Minimum number of Change Requests End User Training Coverage and Acceptance of the system by End Users Quality of Documentation Coverage of functionalities / features and minimum Gap / Open Process Points Education (degree / diploma) Master's degree in Human Resources (preferable) Experience 3- 6 years relevant HR experience; Knowledge and Skills (Functional / Technical) - Previous experience in Business / Systems Analysis - Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing - Basic knowledge in generating process documentation - Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills - Good in Documentation &amp; Presentation - MS Outlook, Lync, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and Project knowledge desired.
