The role-holder will drive corporate C&amp;B program &amp; process globally and also support in analytics for HR processes globally. - Support Compensation and Benefit Programs such as annual increments, market benchmarking, manpower planning and budgeting for international locations spread across 40+ countries with a headcount of 2400+ employees. - Should have basic understanding of employment laws, regulations and compensation practices for international locations. - Support in global mobility programs. - Enhance data integrity, ensure governance and quality of Human Resource data and reports - Support the leadership team and key stakeholders in BU HR teams in defining and making process that are aligned with best in class practices - Drive analytics on organization wide data - Provide support to Human Resource Management in reporting (internal and external) 1. Compensation and Benefits Programs : a. Support in deployment of C&amp;B programs such as annual increments and bonuses, manpower planning and budgeting, market benchmarking for employees spread globally. b. Support in managing Executive Compensation - working on Employment Contracts c. Support in managing global mobility of employees. 2. Long Term Incentive for Executives : a. Support in designing and implementation of Long Term Incentive Program for the organization. 3. Data Management / HR Analytics &amp; Reporting : a. Manage global employee data in HR systems. b. Ensure data integrity and governance c. Use current tools and technology to for HR reporting and analytics d. HR MIS across all functional areas - C&amp;B, Learning, Manpower Panning and wage costs 4. Process Improvement : a. Identify process improvement areas to reduce effort and enhance process throughput Education : &nbsp;Post Graduate in Human Resources Experience : 4-7 years Knowledge and Skills (Functional / Technical) : - Should have managed compensation for employees spread globally. - Should have understanding of tax / employment laws in countries to manage global mobility program. - Have basic understanding of employment laws and compensation practices for international locations. - Experience on global HRIS / HCM solutions preferable - Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills Leadership / Managerial Attributes - Ability to plan, organize and prioritize - Ability to work with and influence diverse stakeholder groups - Proactive, keen learner having an eye for detail and ability to multi- task - Speed of execution and drive for results - Interest and aptitude in data, metrics, analysis and trends.
