- Devise and implement strategies for Talent acquisition practices across the Organisation to ensure timely availability of high quality manpower. - Ensure recruitment and selection of manpower is on-time and right-first-time in order to meet business needs - Devise and implement induction plans across Supply Chain, R&D and Commercial for all new joinees: both trainee and lateral levels - Manage talent acquisition at lowest cost to company, through identification of alternate avenues of recruitment, such as employee referral, campus programs, etc. Accountability: - Closure of positions to be recruited in targeted turnaround time - Quality of candidates recruited - Manage relationships and ways of working with consultants and headhunters to ensure alignment of candidates with business needs - Focus on customer needs of Sales team to ensure proactive planning and delivery of HR processes Complexity: - Degree of change & uncertainty; level of influencing required; degree of matrix working - Work across multiple stakeholders/recruiting managers in order to close open positions across all functions - Work with a widely dispersed sales team across Corporate office and 4 regional offices.
